OWR Management and Commissions

HOW ARE OFFICES MANAGED?

  • Only Way Realty offices are managed by a local Broker in Charge
  • Only Way Realty’s Corporate Office is located in Greenville, SC
  • Agents submit documents electronically
  • All transactions are tracked and managed by our Corporate Team and Brokers in Charge
  • The Corporate Office maintains all records to comply with each state’s Real Estate regulations

CLOSING

  • Agent electronically submits a Funding Request once all documents have been approved
  • Corporate Agent Support processes the Closing Package and issues a Closing Disbursement Authorization Form to the Closing Attorney/Title Company and a copy goes to the agent
  • Agent receives their commission check paid directly to them at closing
