Mrs. Page is the Broker In Charge and Regional BIC Manager for South Carolina. Before joining Only Way Realty, Linda was the Regional Vice President and Brokerage Manager for Nuance Realty Advisors. Previously, she headed the creation of the national RE/Max In-House Commercial brokerages and created and managed the second largest infrastructure development company in Colorado.

Mrs. Page holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Management and Information Systems from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Science in Marketing from Colorado State University. Licensed in Colorado as a real estate broker in 1993, she has managed several successful brokerages and has been licensed in South Carolina since 2008.

Laura is an REO Broker, who has experience working with banks and REO companies for over a decade. She has sold hundreds of properties and has worked as a loss mitigator and asset manager. She also works with third party servicing lenders. Laura’s current and past clients include FMNA, JP Morgan, Country Wide, Wells Fargo, Ameriquest, HUD, VA, Citimortgage, Freedom Mortgage, U.S. Bank, Washington Mutual, Indymac, and PHH Mortgage. What started out as fulfilling a lifelong interest while going to College quickly evolved into a busy career including becoming one of the youngest Top Producers in his local market. After earning his Virginia Broker’s license in 2007 and helping plan a brokerage that never got of the ground due to market conditions, Matt opened a 1 person Real Estate Consulting Firm.

His practical use of technology and social media to both reduce overhead and reach more people has garnered attention throughout the industry. Mount Dora, Eustis, Tavares and Leesburg make up what is known as the Golden Triangle and have wonderful small downtown shops and restaurants where an evening walk on the lakeshore is just a few steps away. Boating, fishing, water skiing, golf, hiking or horse back riding in the Ocala National.
